Leading by Example: University Library Receives the Open Library Badge 2025
The University Library is the first library to receive the Open Library Badge 2025. This is an award for libraries that embrace the concept of openness. The library met all four criteria in each of the areas of Open Access, Open Data, and Open Source.
Easter Opening Hours
On Good Friday, April 3, Easter Sunday, April 5, and Easter Monday, April 6, all libraries will be closed. On Saturday, April 4, the Main Library, Technical and Natural Sciences Branch Library, Economic and Social Sciences Branch Library, Education Branch Library and Law Library (02JU) will be open as usual.
A Reason to Celebrate: The DFG Has Approved the OS-APS NET Project
The project „Die Open Source Academic Publishing Suite (OS APS) als Publikationssoftware etablieren und relevante Akteure vernetzen“ (OS-APS NET), with a planned duration of two years, has been approved by the DFG.
